Shimmer: Sunday Mornings With...
I invited participants to weave a temporary sonic installation throughout the building that houses Shimmer. Inspired by the deep listening practice of Pauline Oliveros, I gave instructions to listen and sound.
Through layering our sounds with recorded sounds collected from the building at different times, we intuitively created a live and site-specific sonic tapestry with our voices and bodies.
